The Mac Shack goes where it's called. When summer winds down and The Wave wraps up at the lake, we shift into Mac Shack mode — most notably the Spa City Food Truck Festival in downtown Hot Springs — and carry that same menu into catering after.

The star is loaded gourmet mac and cheese: buffalo chicken, pulled pork, and a whole rotating lineup of over-the-top combinations. The "N More" is exactly that — burgers, Phillys, quesadillas, whatever's hot off the flattop.
