Our Businesses
Classic Creations Catering Inc. is the root — the family name the rest of it grew out of. It started with the catering, and from there came the cafe, the lake, and the food truck.
Each one has its own place and its own regulars, but they all come back to the same kitchen and the same family. Different rooms in the same house.

The Family Hub
It's easy to assume Classic Creations is the catering side of things. It started there, and catering's still a big part of what we do — but the name was never meant to be just one thing.
We've never really thought of these as separate companies. Whatever's on the sign out front, it all still comes from one table.
Garvan Woodland Gardens
Tucked inside Garvan Woodland Gardens — for a lot of people, the first taste of our cooking long before they ever hear the family's name.
The chicken salad is the one people rave about, and come the Christmas lights, the homemade bread pudding takes over — people have driven hours for a batch.

Hot Springs Marina
Down at Hot Springs Marina, built alongside the Galster family — the easygoing chapter, meant to make a day on the lake simpler, not busier.
Good food you can grab on your way to the water, including the chicken salad that follows over from Chipmunk.

Fast, hot, and loaded: gourmet mac and cheese with buffalo chicken, pulled pork, and more — plus burgers, Phillys, and quesadillas.
Our loudest, most fun chapter, out at the Spa City Food Truck Festival and wherever it's called.

We've kept it small on purpose, because you can't replace passion, and passion is just heart.
