The Wave

The Wave, at Hot Springs Marina

Down at Hot Springs Marina, The Wave is the easygoing chapter — good food you can grab on your way to the water, the kind of place meant to make a day on the lake simpler, not busier.

Making Lake Life Easy

Built with the Galster family.

It came together with the Galster family. They have the marina, we brought the food — two families who wanted to build something special on the lake. The Galsters own Cajun Boilers and Hot Springs Marina, with a hand in more projects than we can keep track of, and they've felt like family from the start.

Lake-Day Food

Fresh, fast, and easy to grab.

The food's made for the water: fresh, quick, and easy to enjoy before you head back out. That includes the chicken salad that follows us over from Chipmunk — the regulars always notice when it shows up.

The Wave is really the summer side of one mobile operation. When the season winds down, the same crew shifts into The Mac Shack N More and hits the road for the fall.

Keep Following The Story

From the marina back to the family table.

The Wave is one part of a larger family story that also includes the gardens, the food truck, catering and events, and the roots that came before all of it.
